For example, your email list, community network, Facebook group, Chatbot subscribers, and SMS database all come under Internal Traffic source.

External traffic is something that you have no control over.

For example, Facebook ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, Solo ads, and others come under the External Traffic category.

The whole concept of building a sustainable traffic strategy is to have a combination of both and focus on building your “Internal” traffic.
